This website is operated by GulfVestors LLC, the home-buying and real-estate-wholesaling business serving Greater Houston and surrounding counties. You may use the website only for lawful purposes and may not interfere with its security or operation, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.
2. Property inquiries
Submitting a property inquiry starts a conversation. It does not obligate you to sell, require GulfVestors to make an offer, create an agency relationship, or establish a binding real-estate agreement. Any proposed role, price, obligations, or transaction terms must be stated in a separate written agreement.
3. GulfVestors text messaging program
If you separately opt in, GulfVestors LLC may send recurring promotional text messages from (832) 862-5188 or another number clearly identified as GulfVestors. Messages may address the property inquiry you submitted, questions about the property, appointment coordination, updates connected with a transaction you are considering, or potential property opportunities when you separately choose buyer text alerts.
Message frequency varies according to your inquiry and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Providing a telephone number or submitting the required property-inquiry consent does not enroll you in text messages or promotional marketing. Buyer opportunity alerts require their own separate, unchecked text-alert selection.
4. Optional SMS consent
SMS consent is optional, is collected through a separate unchecked checkbox, and is not a condition of selling or buying a property, receiving a response, or using any GulfVestors service.
You must provide a mobile number you are authorized to use. Consent applies only to GulfVestors LLC and to the message subject described when you opt in. You may still submit a property inquiry or buyer profile without agreeing to text messages.
5. Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to unsubscribe from GulfVestors text messages. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that the request was processed. No further text messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.
