Privacy policy

How GulfVestors handles information connected with property inquiries, calls, email, and its optional text messaging program.

1. Scope

This policy explains how GulfVestors LLC, doing business as GulfVestors ("GulfVestors," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, protects, and discloses information submitted through gulfvestors.com, by phone, by email, or through our text messaging program.

GulfVestors LLC is the home-buying and real-estate-wholesaling business. This policy does not describe the separate operations of GulfVestor Properties LLC.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you contact us, we may collect:

  • Name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address.
  • Property information, including location, property type, condition, occupancy, desired timeline, and other details you choose to provide.
  • Investor-buyer criteria, including target areas, property types, strategy, price range, funding method, purchase timing, and other preferences you choose to provide.
  • Communications with us, including call notes, voicemail, text messages, and customer-support correspondence.
  • Consent records, including the notice version, selection, source page, and date associated with a form submission.
  • Basic website and device information used for security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and site operation.

3. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to property inquiries and evaluate potential purchases.
  • Review an investor-buyer profile and, when separately authorized, share potential property opportunities that may fit the submitted criteria.
  • Contact you about the property or request for which you contacted us, using the permissions you selected.
  • Coordinate appointments, due diligence, title work, and potential transaction steps.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, measure, and improve our website and services.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

4. Mobile information and text messaging privacy

Providing a telephone number and submitting a property inquiry authorizes GulfVestors to respond by a manually initiated phone call or one-to-one email. It does not authorize text messages or recurring promotional messages.

The investor-buyer form separately records whether a person asks to receive potential property opportunities by email or text. Those optional selections are stored as distinct consent records and do not guarantee that matching opportunities will be available.

Mobile information, including telephone numbers and SMS opt-in consent records, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except vendors that help us operate the messaging service solely on our behalf.

We may use telecommunications, hosting, security, and customer-management providers to deliver and support messages. Those providers may process information only as needed to provide services to GulfVestors and may not use it for their own marketing.

If you voluntarily check a separate, optional SMS box, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from GulfVestors LLC about the message subject described with that selection, including your property inquiry or potential buyer opportunities. Text-message consent is not a condition of selling or buying a property, receiving a response, or using our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. 5. When information may be disclosed

We use Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and privacy-safe operational email, Neon for the dedicated production database, and Resend for privacy-safe system failure alerts. CallRail handles the existing public phone line separately; the website does not transmit seller-form fields to CallRail. We may also disclose information:

  • To service providers performing work for us under confidentiality and data-use restrictions.
  • To title companies, closing professionals, contractors, or transaction participants when reasonably necessary to evaluate or complete a transaction you are considering.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or when needed to protect rights, safety, or security.
  • In connection with a business reorganization, subject to applicable law and the mobile-information restrictions above.

We do not sell personal information submitted through a property inquiry.

6. Retention and security

Our approved seller-inquiry schedule is 30 days for incomplete inquiries, 730 days for completed inquiries, 1,460 days for consent and audit events, and 30 days for GulfVestors-controlled abuse-prevention records. These periods do not override transaction, tax, accounting, dispute, legal-hold, suppression, or other independently required records. Production deletion execution and recurring deletion scheduling remain disabled while the approved manual workflow completes final operational and legal review.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

A text opt-out applies to SMS. If you also want us to stop another form of contact, tell us using the contact information below.
